These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access and use of https://www.formfeast.com, and all wholesale inquiry, OEM & ODM cooperation between you (the “Buyer”) and Form Feast (Chaozhou Chao’an Longhu Haohan Ceramic Factory, “Supplier / Us”).
This website is for B2B wholesale customers only. We do not accept individual retail orders.
- Use of Website
You agree to use this website only for legitimate business inquiry of ceramic products. You shall not:
Hack, disrupt, modify the website code or server
Use our content, product images without written authorization
Submit false company information, fraudulent inquiry
All texts, pictures, design works on this website are intellectual property of Form Feast. Any unauthorized copying, reprinting is prohibited. - Quotation & MOQ
All product prices displayed on the website are for reference only. Official valid quotation will be sent separately after we confirm your requirements.
Our standard MOQ:
Stock items: 200 pcs
Custom OEM / ODM orders: 500 pcs or more
We reserve the right to adjust MOQ according to customized artwork, color, packaging requirements. - Sample & Mass Production
Sample production cost and courier freight shall be borne by the buyer unless we confirm free sample in writing.
Mass production will start only after receiving deposit as agreed in Proforma Invoice. Production lead time will be confirmed before deposit payment. - Payment & Shipment
Payment terms will be negotiated and confirmed by both parties before order confirmation.
We arrange shipment according to agreed Incoterm (FOB, CIF etc). Freight cost, customs duty, import tax at destination country are the buyer’s responsibility. - Product Quality & Complaint
For quality complaints, buyer must provide clear photos / videos within 7 working days after receiving goods. We will negotiate compensation, remake or refund according to actual defective rate.
We are not responsible for damage caused by improper transportation, wrong storage or secondary processing after goods leave our factory. - Intellectual Property
If buyer provides custom logo, pattern, artwork for OEM production, the buyer guarantees they own full IP rights of those files and will indemnify us from any IP infringement disputes.
Any mold developed specially for buyer belongs to Form Feast unless a separate written mold ownership agreement is signed. - Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated version will be published on this page. Continued use of our website means you accept the revised terms. - Governing Law
All disputes related to business cooperation shall be governed by the laws of People’s Republic of China, and settled through friendly negotiation first; if negotiation fails, dispute will be submitted to the court within Chaozhou, Guangdong. - Contact
